I came here for the weekend and had a quiet and enjoyable day overall; the room was neat with a TV and Carrom, and I had the best night's sleep; the staff were helpful and overall pretty good.

The room was spotless with very comfy beds and climate control, a seating area and a writing table. The location of the hotel was magnificent and perfect, on the pond below. The best thing was how helpful the staff were.

Nestled among lush, dense forests, the resort offers a wide range of activities near to nature, such as white water rafting in the nearby dam, trekking. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and amenities include clean washrooms, a swimming pool, and exceptional service. The resort’s breakfast buffet is filled with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

The resort's check-in process can be time consuming, as the queue can be quite long during peak times.

Had an amazing time surrounded by nature! Loved the activities and the fresh, delicious food on offer. The staff were very kind and supportive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location was perfect for a quick and budget-friendly getaway from the city.

I found that the hot water wasn't always available and it was a bit frustrating to have to request it in buckets. there were times when the check-in staff could have been more informative about the available amenities and activities.
